Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Full Payment: 100% full payment is required online to confirm your room reservation.
  • ID Proof: Original Government ID (Aadhar/Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of Check-In.
  • Right to Admission: The hotel management reserves the right to deny admission if guests pose a security threat or violate rules.
  • Prohibited Items: Alcohol, Smoking, and Non-Vegetarian food are strictly prohibited inside the Satram/Hotel premises as Ahobilam is a sacred Kshetram.

Return & Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund rules are as follows:

  • Cancellation before 48 Hours: 80% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation before 24 Hours: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours: No refund will be provided.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via UPI or Bank Transfer.
